Q1 Staff Registry Review Complete
The quarterly staff tier review has been completed. Three practitioners have been promoted following their performance evaluations. Tier assignments are now reflected in the Staff Directory.
Emergency Protocol Update — Triage Classification
All T3+ practitioners are required to review the updated triage classification protocol. The new system introduces a four-level severity scale aligned with Blue Cross field standards.
Military Base Clinic Now Operational
The Lech Military Base Clinic has completed its initial staffing phase and is now fully operational. The facility accepts direct referrals and walk-ins from personnel assigned to the base.

The Kelso Health Network (KHN) is the primary medical administration authority serving the Kelso region. We operate a tiered network of hospitals, clinics, and field medical units under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health.
Our mission is to ensure accessible, high-quality healthcare for all residents, alongside a structured professional ladder for medical practitioners from Intern (T0) through Minister of Health (T7).
KHN maintains strict data governance, with tiered access controls protecting patient records and ensuring the right personnel can access the right information at the right time.

Assign tier levels and manage moderator roles across divisions
ℹ️ Tier System: Moderators manage tier-based access. T0 (Intern) → T7 (Minister). Editing a role's tier in divisions will automatically update across all systems including the Staff Directory.
✓ To manage moderator tiers, edit roles in the Divisions section. Changes are instantly synced across all platforms.

DANGER ZONE — IRREVERSIBLE OPERATIONS
This section contains system-wide operations that cannot be undone. These actions are permanently logged and only available to administrators (T5+). Proceed with extreme caution.
🔄 Rebuild Staff Directory from Divisions
Recreate the entire staff directory based on current division roles and tier assignments. This will sync all role changes made in the Divisions panel.
🗑️ Purge All Access Requests
Permanently delete all pending and approved access requests from the system. This action cannot be reversed.
💥 RESET ALL DIVISIONS
Delete ALL divisions and roles, returning the system to default state. All staff tier assignments will be lost. This cannot be undone.
⚠️ AUDIT LOGGING: All danger zone operations are permanently logged with your username, timestamp, IP address, and full action details. These logs cannot be deleted.
